 We do basic cleaning , dusting  ,mirrors,take out the garbage,clean the garbage cans.

Kitchens ,wipe down cabinets and fridge,stove,microwave and mop.

Bathrooms-sink,tub,toliet ,scrub floors if needed.

Shower doors or curtains are cleaned.

I clean the walls if needed.

Vacuuming -whole floor and under furniture.

Beds (if wanted) some people dont.

We usually charge $50.00 for ^ those things a visit.

We have accepted less depends on the size of the home and how much cleaning is required.

No less then $35.00 ( only if the house is not that bad need of a major cleaning - lightly stuff).

Bigger homes we cant go lower then $50.00 a visit.

Large sized homes are usually $75.00 to $100.00.

Larger homes are usually  $200 or more.

Over sized offices are usually $200  to $300.

The charge depends on size of home or office and what needs to be done .

Most of you have been asking and wondering , what we charge hope this gives you an idea.

We try to be fair and reasonable.

We promise you , we will do a great job.

We aim to please.

If more cleaning is needed we will charge just alittle more $15.00 to $25.00.

Depends on what extra needed.

Like carpet cleaning and upholstery (have  new carpet shampooer ordered should be in by next week)

or anything else ,furniture moved ,some laundry (on days im not fully booked).

We can talk about a fair fee and try to come to an agreement.

Thats satisfying to each other.

I try not to over charge anyone.

Im sure you will see by the amounts i have mentioned that our rates are more cheaper/reasonable.

We do have our own cleaner , that i use that works good for me.

I use the products that i know that will do the job.
